Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

As a software development company, Kudoby Technologies primarily delivers digital products and services. This policy outlines how we deliver our software solutions, source code, documentation, and any related materials to our clients.

2. Digital Deliverables

Our primary deliverables include:

  • Source Code: Delivered via Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) or secure file transfer.
  • Documentation: Technical documentation, user guides, and API documentation.
  • Design Assets: UI/UX designs, wireframes, and brand assets.
  • Deployed Applications: Live applications hosted on cloud infrastructure.
  • Database Exports: Database schemas, migrations, and initial data.

3. Delivery Methods

We use secure methods to transfer all digital assets:

  • Git Repositories: Primary method for source code delivery with full version history.
  • Cloud Storage: Secure links via Google Drive, AWS S3, or Dropbox for large files.
  • Direct Deployment: Deployment to client's servers or cloud infrastructure.
  • Email: Documentation and administrative files (securely encrypted).
  • Project Management Tools: Deliverables attached to relevant tasks/milestones.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are established in your project contract:

  • Milestone Deliveries: As per agreed project schedule, typically every 1-2 weeks.
  • Final Delivery: Within 5 business days of project completion and final payment.
  • Documentation: Delivered alongside or within 5 business days of code delivery.
  • Hotfixes: Critical fixes deployed within 24-48 hours during support period.

5. Deployment Services

We offer deployment services to various platforms:

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean.
  • App Stores: Apple App Store, Google Play Store (mobile apps).
  • Hosting Services: Vercel, Netlify, Heroku, custom servers.
  • On-Premise: Deployment to client's own infrastructure.

6. Acceptance and Testing

Upon delivery of each milestone:

  • Client has 5 business days to review and test deliverables.
  • Feedback must be provided in writing via agreed channels.
  • Issues identified within this period will be fixed free of charge.
  • No response within 5 business days constitutes acceptance.
  • Defects found after acceptance period will be handled under support agreement.

7. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical delivery is required:

  • Hardware: Shipped via insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Storage Media: Encrypted USB drives or hard drives (requires prior security approval).
  • Shipping Costs: Borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery Time: 2-7 business days domestic, 7-14 days international.
  • Tracking: Tracking information provided upon shipment.

8. Access and Credentials

Upon final delivery, we will transfer all necessary administrative credentials, API keys, and admin access accounts to the client. All sensitive information is transmitted securely. We recommend immediately changing all passwords and access keys upon receipt for security purposes.

9. Post-Delivery Support

After final delivery:

  • Standard bug-fix support provided as per contract (typically 30 days).
  • Bug fixes for issues existing at final delivery.
  • Enhancements considered as new billable work.
  • Ongoing maintenance available via separate agreement.
