By accessing or using Kudoby Technologies' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service.

Upon full payment, all custom code and design assets specifically created for your project become your intellectual property. However, Kudoby Technologies retains the right to reuse general frameworks, libraries, and components that are not unique to your project. Third-party licenses and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
Kudoby Technologies warrants that all software will be free from major defects and will meet the specifications outlined in the SOW. However, we do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. The maximum liability period for bugs is 30 days after delivery, unless a separate support contract is in place.
In no event shall Kudoby Technologies' total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Ownership of work-in-progress will be transferred only after full payment. Specific termination terms may be outlined in individual project contracts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
